"Deck the Halls"
Our Ham & Cheese Omelet is without peer, filled with fresh cheese & Maple/Rosemary Ham. (The ham and or cheese can be eliminated upon request.) Whole grain toast served with sweet cream butter and jellies on the side, complete this princely feast.
"Feliz Navidad"
A savory breakfast with Spanish flair! Mike's Huevos Rancheros are eggs stirred together with sauteed onion, bell peppers, mild green chiles, herbs, cheddar cheese, and black olives! Of course, no Tex-Mex creation would ever be complete without salsa, so we serve ours on the side so you can spice it up if your tastebuds desire more heat. Add to this some torillas and this Latin banquet is "muy delicioso" (salsa deleted upon request)
"Up On The Housetop"
Your tongue will go to lofty heights when you taste our Christmas House Belgian Waffle made from our own secret recipe, topped off with warm fruit compote. The snow on the rooftop is real whipped cream swirled high (whipped cream eliminated upon request). Served with maple flavored syrup and sweet cream butter on the side.
"Hark the Herald Angels Sing"
Heavenly french toast cooked to perfection, served with warmed maple flavored syrup and jellies to make it sing. Warm fruit compote will make this a duet you won't want to miss. "We Three Kings" Celebrate with Ham, Scrambled Eggs and Whole Wheat Toast. Sweet cream butter and jelly sweeten the deal.
"Suzy Snowflake"
Take your pick from oatmeal or cereals served with your choice of sweeteners and milk, with a side of fruit.
