Our Policies:
Reservations: $50/night/room deposit required on Visa/Mastercard/Discover. Fully Refundable outside of 1 month before your stay. Non-refundable thereafter unless the room is re-rented for your entire stay, then all is returned less a $20 bookkeeping fee. No shows and same day cancellations are charged in full for their stay. Any & all cancellation situations, that are not the responsibility of the Christmas House, are treated as any other (including, but not limited to, health issues, military call ups, work or family problems, forest fires, strikes, acts of God, etc....). Please bear these possibilities in mind prior to purchasing your reservation. We require a registration form be completed and house rules form be signed with full balance paid upon arrival. Sorry: no pets, smoking, or children under 10
Check in time: any time after 3 PM (self check-in available on occasion)
Check out time: 10 AM (late check out available for a fee any day but Sunday)
Advance reservations only: same day reservations are usually not available. (see our reservation request form & policies page for more details) Please Note: No discount and/or promotion may be used in combination with any other discount or promotion including, but not limited to, extended stay discounts, low season discounts, coupons, & package discounts. Buy one/get one & percentage off discounts are off our regular season prices. Consecutive nights in same suite required for all discounts. One discount per stay.
